Schedule of Coverage
Six policies. One coordinated plan.
Every business carries a different mix of risk. Below is the full schedule of what we specify, what each form covers, and how they work together to close gaps rather than create them.
| Form | Coverage | What it does |
|---|---|---|
FORM CGL |
General Liability |
Covers third-party bodily injury, property damage, and advertising-injury claims arising from your operations, premises, or products. The foundational policy for any commercial account. |
FORM CP |
Commercial Property |
Covers your building, inventory, fixtures, machinery, and equipment against fire, theft, vandalism, and weather events. Can be written on a named-perils or open-perils basis. |
FORM WC |
Workers' Compensation |
Covers medical costs and lost wages when an employee is injured on the job, and protects the business from related lawsuits in most circumstances. Mandatory in most provinces. |
FORM CA |
Commercial Auto |
Covers vehicles owned, leased, or used for business — from a single service van to a full delivery fleet — for collision, liability, and cargo exposure. |
FORM EO |
Professional Liability |
Covers claims of negligence, errors, or missed deadlines in the services or advice you provide. Built for firms that sell expertise rather than goods. |
FORM BI |
Business Interruption |
Replaces lost income and covers fixed costs — rent, payroll, loan payments — while you're closed following a covered property loss. Often overlooked, always consequential. |
